Transformative learning by doing
We aspire to systemic flourishing. Accordingly, the essential conditions are well-being and justice (Prilleltensky, 2011). We are the system we seek to transform; creating a life-transformative education for all will transform our lives–our identity, agency and sense of purpose. For this project, a trans-institutional community of students, staff and faculty will convene in an expert-facilitated 3.5 day retreat to recover their deepest sense of purpose, agency and identity. Reflections will follow.
